Removing Sceney objects in FS2004

Postby JByrne » Sat Oct 30, 2004 9:39 am

Hey Everyone!

I'm Jamie, I'm new to this forum.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove flag poles in FS2004 (poles with socks which determine wind direction) and re-position them? I also would like to delete a building too. I tried using AFCAD but that'll only delete stands or taxiways.

Hope anyone can help, muchly appreciated!

Best regards, Jamie.

JByrne,

Hi and welcome to SimV.

My guess is that this question will get aq better chance of a solid response down in the scenery design part of the board.

I think this is possible... by a two step process.  First an exclusion zone to get rid of the autogen object in question...and then a new scenery bgl to place the same type object from the default scenery object library where you want it.

This kind of thing has been asked before.... if you search the past threads in the scenery design forum.....you'll likely find your answer ....maybe even before someone who knows all the details posts it here.

Hope this helps.

best,
