Hey Eno :) After posting my question I realized my goof in not including my system specs, etc !!! I'm running a P4 1.5 Ghz with 767 MB of DDR ram and 1.5 Gig of virtual ram. I run my monitor high res. Any and all of the software I require I have, and more. The card has........... !!! Well you know what the card has. Anyway, I hope that helps anyone else out there who may be able to help, and Eno thanks for the reply 8)

The easiest way to check your settings is to just go into FS and try everything out. If something slows you down, slide it back a bit.
It is a bit time consuming, but it works wonders. Also, google "FS9 Tweaks"...you'll end up editing the fs9.cfg, but if you do a bunch of the tweaks you find via google, the result is ASTOUNDING.

Hey there Hyperion !!! Thanks for the advice on going to Google. I feel a bit the fool because I'm a huge fan of Google and use it exclusively to do searches on the Net. I don't know why I never thought of using it for tweaking FS9. Again, many thanks, and "Happy Flying to You" ;D

You're very welcome!
One of the tweaks I made removed all of the red text messages from the screen, which is very nice, but unfortunately I can't count my fps now. lol
But, I use a video capture program which will give me a ballpark count, and with everything completely maxed, in spot view, over Seattle, in Multiplayer, with the normal stuff running in the background, I can now get at least 30 fps. (That's as high as my cap program goes. lol It might be higher in reality.)
