i am trying to convert the fs2004 stock aircraft to fs 2002 with mdcl and i don't understand the instructions

Seb, I might be wrong, but I don't think you can convert FS2004 to FS2002 aircraft. FS2002 planes can go to FS2004, but never backwards. What instructions are you refering to?

the ones with mdcl they show you how to convert the stock aircraft but i don't understant. mdcl is on this site :)

You need a basic knowledge of DOS to use MDLC. Try the automatic FS9 to CFS2 conversion instead (Use the included BAT file.) CFS2 models are compatible with FS2002. Not all FS2004 models will convert.
