why? What can I do? When I turn off the sim it's like the joystick settings reset. and it's only the stick settings.

Hmmmm, I have the same problem, only it is with my settings for the 'water texture detail' and that page. I think the problem is that my video card cannot handle the detail of it. Maybe it is your joystick that cannot handle the amount that you're putting on to it. That's my only suggestion, otherwise I have no clue!

The computer saves the settings. and having it have set controls wouldn't anything to the joystick.
I don't thinnk that would do any thing.

First of all: what joystick are you using?
Second: do you unplug it after you finish flying?

might as well ask if there is any way to fix the stick too.
It works fine when I turn right, but it barely does any thing when I go left.. is there any way to fix this

You could try recalibrating . . .
As for the settings, don't know what to tell you. Never run into that problem before.

Yeah, recalibrate your controller through the control panel.
And reinstalling may help, you never know.
