ATI 4.9's

I havent updated my ATI drivers for the past few releases.  With the new patch, Direct X 9.0c, I decided to try the 4.9 version.   The patch and direct  x really didnt change much, but after installing the drivers I  noticed better graphics and smoother performance.   For those who havent updated recently, this set seems to be pretty good.  Todd
