Postby imchief » Tue Oct 12, 2004 4:28 pm

What is a good system for FS2004?  I run FS2002 now with an AMD Athlon XP 2000 at 1.66Ghz, GF4 MXSE 64MB, 512 MB DDR PC2700.  Will I be able to obtain grafics like i see in the screen shots and will the Sim run good for me?  I am seriously thinking of getting 2004.  Any help woul be Great.

The biggest hold up I can see for you is the graphics card and maybe the processor.  FS9 is very graphic intense and requires a lot of processing power and a good card.  Not saying you have to run out and buy a 128MB ATI or Nvidia card, but it wouldn't hurt.  You can look at my specs and I am running at avg 24fps with my menu sliders running at 92% maxed. ;D

It would run, but I don't know how smoothly.   You might be surprised though!  lol
Great edit, Bob.
