Scenery compatibility?

Question... I have Abacus' Extreme USA Landscapes installed already.  I may be getting a free copy of Megascenery for New York.  Is it possible to use both?  Will the New York scenery take over when I'm in the area, or not?  Anyone tried this?  I don't really want to remover my Abacus program, but I don't want to waste another good program either. ???

Hi H. I would say that the one highest up the list in the scenery library list will be the one that takes preference..........you can  move them up or down the "league table" and also check or uncheck the ones that you want to use....would that help? ;)

Extreme USA landscapes.. isn't that Mesh scenery?

Simple rule.
Landclass overrides anything below it in the scenery library
Photoscenery overrides any terrain cover below it.
Mesh blends with the mesh terrain that is below it in the scenery library. The engine handles any transitions in that part.

Photoscenery and (in a lesser way) Landclass are not affected by using a high-res terrain mesh.
