Avro Lancaster

Hi
I am new to FS 2004 - having lots of fun and sweaty palms.
I tried loading Avro Lancaster 2002 and its update for 2004 but the software does not recognise the files. I had loaded AL 2002 earlier but could only get two engines to start. The cockpit panels showed only a twin throttle.
Any ideas.
