None yet but there is a big one comming out soon.

Although not a patch there is a no cd fix. You no longer need to have the cd in to fly.

does the no-cd patch do anything for frame rates etc?

or is it just to play without the cd?

Some have seen increase in FPS I belive this is due to the fact that your not having to use resources for the scanning of the cd.
