hi thanks for responding! i am an avid fan of flight sim
and enjoy using ch products yoke, pedals and throttle
an excellent sim.and thanks to all of you who make the fantastic downloads of aircraft and add ons .
the problem i have though is the 777 300 ps2 party plane which is a beatifully rendered model but after engine start and taxiing below 5 knots the plane vibrates severely like the extra 300 fine for an extra.
any tips on how to stop this ? is there a toggle in the air file which i dont seem to have a program to open with or something else?

Does this happen at all airports?

Reason I ask is that some airports, both default and addons, may have areas that appear as paved but are internally defined as something else (grass, dirt, gravel...) and will cause the a/c to bounce as if on a cobblestone drive.

Another possibility is that the landing gear suspension may be imporperly tuned in the [contact_points] section of the aircraft.cfg.

Cheers,
Dave

dave ive noticed the effect you are describing before with other aircraft but this effect seems to be at all locations i am reasonably certain that there must be a toggle somewhere as this effect  is normal to an extra 300 but ofcourse shouldnt be for a 777 300

by the way guys if anyone is interested in an excellent
sound file for the fed ex v22 osprey i spent many hours on (a blend of the british aerospace e 146/200 mixed with imported osprey sound files all rights reserved for original author of osprey files and bae 146/200 ofcourse . please advise and i will endeavour to send you this sound file which really brings the osprey to life including full startup and shutdown sound. ps i like to always start every flight from full shutdown at one of hundreds of saved locations of airstrips, airports and internationals all around the sim world

Are you using Active Camera? I believe the head latency could produce the problem your describing.

I find this happens between certain speeds, Just as I start taxiing and picking up speed, between 3-6 knots I think. I think it might be some effect to show the aircraft has not yet gathered momentum and is under strain from the engines as it pulls away. If you speed up fast when taxiing, I find it doesn't happen.
(I was flying with Turkish one time, and the pilot seemed like he was in a rush. As we began to taxi he spooled the engines up really fast and got the plane rolling fairly quickly, I guess he was late as he did the same thing after landing to get a gate.

thanks guys but the vibration is fairly severe and spoils the fun of taxiing .also i cant find anything in the index on active camera , the extra as i said before is fine to vibrate like it does simulating engine vibes, there should be a toggle somewhere surely , also how do you edit air files? and dont forget the osprey sound file if you guys fly the v22 osprey its excellent. regards gb 8)
