You could try experermenting with the aircraft cfg file. compare this file with another aircraft cfg file like the B737-400 look through all of the weight and ballance data. Also when you first select the plane click on change fuel payload and see where the center of balance is. It might be very nose heavy. I would suggest you empty the fuel and remove any payload and recheck the balance point. If it has not moved much away from the front then you need to alter the weight and ballance entry in the aircraft cfg file. If you see a station load line try reducing the number that is there than reload to see which way the balance went. If you see more than one station load line try making a few into a comment line by putting // in front of the lines you do not want . It might take a while, But once you have it back toward the center put back the fuel and cargo & recheck This should help. You could also edit the .AIR file If all of this does not help than I would put the plane into the graveyard as there is a problem with the flight dynamics and there is nothing you can do to change that.

Thank you for your help.

I cross checked the 737-400 cgf file with the 737-800's, I locked at the flap setting in the 737-400 the flap stting on the 400 was quite abit diferent. So I just coped the flap info from the 400 to the 800 and that seems to have fixed it. ;D
