What happened to the Runway lights topic

My searches are coming up empty.
I'm trying to find those SCALAR settings someone suggested for more accurate runway lights.
Maybe this time, I'll put them into a text doc and file it.

May i suggest looking in the AFCAD2 Readme file
42. Runway Lights
Runway lights are set on the Lights tab page of the Runway Properties window. Lights are displayed on the AFCAD window when you select Show Lights under the View menu, or toggled on by pressing the L key. Here is a picture describing the Light options:

Sorry, I should have been more specific. A while back, someone had posted a few lines to be added to the fs9.cfg file which alters the appearance of the runway lighing.
I don't remember who. All I do remember is it was something with LIGHT and SCALAR but nothing is coming up in my searches.

I think I found it, It's more than a year old, I didn't look back that far.

to tone down those dreadful FS2004 runway, VASI, etc. lights to make them more realistic, FS blacks out then never returns.
