Tuning The ADF

Postby jordonj » Fri Sep 10, 2004 12:37 pm

This may be stupid question, but where can I find the frequency for tuning the ADF for a particular airport (I know how to pull the info up in the map, but which frequency is it?) ???

NDB's (which the ADF tracks) are not located at every airport.
unlike VORs that operate in the VHF, NDB's operate in the LF, MF and AM broadcast band (190- 1605 kHz).

The NDB will look like this on the map
