Hi Fly, welcome to SimV.
The gentleman who developed the Hornet doesn't want public contact. However the keys are easy enough.
What you have to do is configure them on your keyboard as they are not preset.
If you go into Settings you'll see an option for Configure Keyboard (or something like that), click on it, and scroll down the list to find the options, then set a key or joystick button for them ;)

Also I think if you access the checklist from the kneeboard it list the key functions there. I would verify but I un-installed the plane do to the fact that it would stall everytime I flew it.
And I noticed that stuff like the tail hook can be activated by a lever on the 2D panel. so mouse over the panel and you should find many of the useable functions there.

I have just about all the various additional features set up on my jystick and throttle body, for this jet so I dont have to use the keyboard much at all.

Its definitely a great freeware plane too :)
