Video Problem FX5950 Ultra

Postby Jackpot » Sat Sep 04, 2004 10:53 am

Hello, I am running FS 2004 on a 3.0G P4 with a GeForce 5950 Ultra. I keep getting flashing junk while looking out the window of the cockpit.  Almost like a dirty 16mm movie of old.. lines, flashes, shapes etc.  It is so disconcerting I can't even use the simulator.  Any idea about how to stop that?

Thanks in Advance - Steve

What version of drivers are you using? Go into the display menu, click settings, advanced, "Geforce FX5950". You should have the latest official drivers from nVidia. 61.77 I believe.

I have the latest NVidia drivers 6.1.7.7  I have tracked this problem through the three most recent driver updates.  I even tried Omega drivers to no avail.  Operating system is Windows XP SP2.

Still searching for a solution... thanks.
