Dual aircraft

Postby Skittles » Tue Aug 31, 2004 1:23 am

I know it's been covered before, but I can't find it...

There are many times when I see two identical aircraft on top of each other.

I remember reading this is caused by dual entries in the... what?

I must be looking in the wrong place for the wrong thing/file. How do I scan/edit the list of AI flights?

Thanks,

Joe

If you have ttools it will give you a text file that shows all of the aircraft used and a different txt file for the flight plans.
You can edit the flight plans than recompile to make a new traffic bgl file.
If you do not have ttools you need to get it it makes things a little easier. 8)

Oh my gosh! What am I supposed to do with all that unorganized flight data.

I tried loading it into Excel so I could organize it, but it wouldn't fully load. I'll have to try breaking it down some. EDIT: Nope, didn't work.

In the mean time... Is there a program to assist me in editing the flightplans.txt? Nothing is coming up on my searches.

The txt file is 16,626KB due to adding ALL Ultimate Traffic flight plans. I think I'm hosed.
