You might have wanted to uninstall instead of deleteing the program. If you have not emptied the recycle bin restore the program than uninstall it. If you have allready taken out the trash you might try to uninstall it any way. If you are using windows xp try to restore back before you uninstalled the program You might get lucky. Or try to reinstall the program.
If none of this helps you might have a serious problem, you might have to to a complete system restore if you are using windows ME or earlier. Windows XP does not come with restore CD'S you should be able to go back in time far enough to correct the problem.
ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF A PROGRAM CAN BE REMOVED BEFORE DELETING IT.
If you are using ME or XP make a restore point before you change anything then proceed this is a good practice to follow.
Lots of luck I certainly hope you do not have to completly restore your system I know that can be a big headache.
