how to refuel in mid-flight by kc-135 or KC10 or KC130 in fs2004?

i know it is possible.

The only ones I know of that allow for refuelling in mid flight are payware aircraft. I am not aware fo any that are freeware.

Can't you just edit the fuel remaining and/or just reload the model.

I have download the freeware Vulcan tanker for refueling the payware one that you can get from the website, it MUST be possible to refuel a tornado?

You can simulate it.  Just find a normal AI airliner, fly up close underneith, and loiter there for a few minutes.  Then reload the airplane model or edit the fuel load.

I don't think actual mid air refuel is possible in MSFS.

There's a command for filling the fuel tanks in FS9.  Go to the keyboard controls, it'll be in there - I think it's disabled by default, if so assign it as Shift-F or something like that, or a joystick button if you prefer.
