Ace. The easiest method is to copy the B747_400 Panel folder & paste it into the Concorde folder.
The best method is to alias Panel.cfg. This is how the aliased CFG would look in Notepad.
[fltsim]
alias=B747_400\panel
B747_400 is the exact folder name of the aircraft with the panel you wish to use. Using this method you can alias it to any other aircraft with its own panel. The same goes for sound by aliasing Sound.cfg.

You can get a proper Concorde panel at
http://www.fsfrance.com/Projets/Mach2/Download.htm and add it.

If you check under FS2002 panels right here u will find a revised proj mach 2 panel by pedro olivera that you might be able to use. I to am waiting on the project mach 2 panels to be available again as it seems they are incorporating the delco carousel ins by civa which is one of the most realistically modeled gauges available althoughit is easier than many fmc's.

Also if you like supersonic flight you might want to try the ficticious BAC supersonic air taxi. It features a touch screen all crt panel which in my opinion is like a watered down honeywell primus epic panel but way different of course. Not the most realistic but hey, its a concept so how do you rate realism on a ficticious or concept plane???
