a-10 warthog

hello .....when i installed the warthog, i was asked if i should avoid installing incompatible features and i said yes,when the instructions said i should say no.....(the story of my life). now i've no landing gear and i'm sure there's more missing. i re-installed it but its still the same. is there a cure, or did i miss the boat....a...a..plane? hope i'm in the right forum.....thanks, vic.
i7-7700k ....msi geforce gtx 1060....msi z270 gaming m5 lga 1151 motherboard....CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) ram.....

Vic which A-10 model did you install? There are several!

I bet its the one just (re)released at flightsim and it did say for FS2004. I also downloaded it. There is an easy fix for you though. If you have winXP just go to C>>Documents and Settings>>>Owner(or your name)>>>Application Data>>>Microsoft>>>FS9. Open the file called FS9.CFG and look for the line

[FrameCallNoWarn]   Under it you will find your A-10

A-10 Thunderbolt II=0
Change the 0 in to a 1....like this:
A-10 Thunderbolt II=1

save the file and go fly!
