Hi all 8),
So right now this is where I am. I have a meljet 747-400 Af1 and the http://www.simviation.com/fs2004misc4.htm package. Here are the instructions in  FS2004 Airforce One and F14 Tomcat AI Flights. Can you help me put these into laymans terms ?  ::)

Hi Ace. If you've never done this before those instructions are a tad confusing. ::) I don't have FS9 or TTools on this machine so here's the basic principles from memory.

From the instructions it seems you will need to download the Michael Pietzsch Meljet Mega Pack Airforce One & the F-14 Tomcat separately. You will also need TTools if you don't already have it. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities1.htm

Read the comprehensive instructions included with TTools carefully & familiarise yourself with it. It might take a while before you understand how it works. You need to install both aircraft & add them to the traffic database.
Using T-Tools,add AC#500 and 501 into your aircraft folder and save the changes

Run the TTools Decompiler option to extract the database into 3 separate text files. The one you need to edit will be named Aircraftxxx.txt. The new aircraft can be added below the last one on the list. Replace the "XXXXXXX" in the new AC#xxx,447,"XXXXXXX" entries with the Aircraft.cfg
