LCD gauges

I've got a problem with the LCD gauges within FS (examples: the cronometers on the cessnas, the rpm/accelerometer/cronometer on the extra 300 etc). They no longer display digits correctly, and just show a few dashes here and there.
I've replaced all the default gauges, replaced aircraft in question yet the problem is still there. I think this is the only problem I have with FS, so a reinstall would be unneccesary.
In short - what particular file would I have to find and replace? It can't be in the gauges folder, as I replaced all the default gauges. Effects maybe?

Try updating your graphics card drivers or downgrading them the the last version that worked if you have the latest.

Well, I have the newest drivers, and I'm not going to roll them back, as the last drivers caused a ton of problems (IE crashing windows, etc).
Oh well, it's not a huge deal, as I rarely take the cessnas and such out.
Edit: Looks like they released some new drivers yesterday (I last checked on Monday). Hopefully these will correct this problem.

The new drivers did address a few problems relating to FS9, but this was not one of them, so any fixes are still up for grabs...

make shure you have quartz.ttf
inside your FS9/Fonts folder.

The font is where it belongs, I also have a copy of it in my windows/fonts folder.
This is weird... it worked a few months ago, then all of a sudden the gauges go wonky.

Sounds like a driver conflict. You'll need to uninstall ALL video drivers. Then go to Add/Remove programs and remove them there as well, then delete the folders containing any drivers from your HD.
Then reboot. Install the newest drivers ONLY!
Reboot, hey presto
