It would help if we know the exact message you are getting ???
Also make sure this plane is for FS2004 & not fs2002 not all if any of fs2002 gauges will work in FS2004. 8)

Heya Steelx,

We really do need just a little more info before we can help 'ya buddy.  Was this panel that you downloaded a stand-alone panel?  Your post to me seems to indicate this, however, this is not too clear.

If you're looking for a good heavy lift USAF transport then you may be better off with the C-141 Starlifter for FS 2002 by Jose Oliver and with a custom panel and cockpit interior views by Flemming Hansen.  You can get it here:

http://www.simviation.com/fs2002military18.htm

The aircraft itself comes with Sounds aliased to the default FS 737-400, however, you can download and substitute a good set of 747 sounds (like I did) if you want more realism.

The panel and cockpit views work fine in FS 2004, however, there is something I want to mention.
The aircraft itself shows up fine in FS 2004 and all of its features work great, however, since it is made for FS 2002 the flight dynamics are slightly "off" when cruising or landing.

If you don't know how to convert FS 2002 flight dynamics to FS 2004 then E-Mail me and I will send you an excellent tutorial or the converted files themselves.

I hope that this helps.
