As stated many times around here, the add-on that does exactly what you want is called Active Camera.  It allows you to walk around the cabin among other things.  It's a wonderful add-on, but unfortunately for some people, it is payware.  Well worth the $$ in my opinion.  It's inexpensive so I'd say if wing view is your thing, it's money well spent.

The only other way I know of is to edit the aircraft.cfg or panel.cfg of the aircraft of choice and change values associated with window views, and eypoints.  It's a bit complicated but basically doing so allows for one of your window views to be set behind the wing.

there are also some nicely modeled freeware planes that have cabin VCs. unfortunately, the only one that i have found has only the cabin modeled in the VC. this is the default and there is no cockpit VC. for me, if theres no cockpit vc, then i dont fly it. im very picky, and its why i dont download many aircraft! anyway, just thought i might make you aware there are freeware options.

Well the thing about modelled cabins is you cannot walk around them without Active Camera.
