North to Alaska?

I am looking for a great Alaska terrain mesh, but one that is not extremely large in file size. I know this is asking a lot. I am looking for BGLs that are no larger than 25MB. Something that covers the Juneau, Anchorage, Dutch Harbor regions. Maybe up towards Nome, Fairbanks...
Thank you all for the tips.

Eddie Denney's FS2002 Alaskan mesh is one of the most popular meshes. I think the whole thing is 400 some mb, but it's broken down into a lot of smaller files.

Howdy,
the Dennie FS2000 mesh is also compatible with FS9 and much smaller in size. However, since mesh size is directly related to mesh resolution, the smaller the size of the package, the less the improvement in detail.
All SRTM-based meshes like the one here at simviation end at N60 and don't have the same quality as the USGS NED data used for the high-res mesh files.
An alternative is the Glacier Bay N.P. package by Jim Keir and myself, available here in the library. It's a smaller area (Yakutat, Haines, Skagway, Juneau) but provides much more than the mesh: accurate coastlines, landclass, roads, glaciers, etc. File name is gl_bay_1.zip.
Cheers, Holger

Just a plug for Holger. I can vouch for his Canadian BC scenery. It's some of the best mesh terrain and added scenery/landclass I've seen for a long long time. I will be installing his Alaskan files soon.
