Hello there, can anyone give me any advise on flying these helicopters, please.

Also, ya can go to school over at Hover COntrol and be "officially" certified as a rotor head.

Mi-24 style works the best for the beginner:
Get up to a speed at which the tail doesn't swing around by accelerating down the runway at medium thrust, increase throttle to around 75% for the final part of takeoff.
For landing: go to around 40% throttle, keep just enough speed to keep the tail straight and don't roll forward over the skids when touching the ground

Sure, I'll give you some advice. First make sure you aren't doing anything for a month or so. Next go to one of the schools mentioned above and download their lessons. When that's done practice and then practice some more and when you think you've had plenty of practice you should really get to work practicing even more. Oh, and don't forget to practice. ;D
The helos are a real handful to fly but not impossible. All it takes is time flying them to get the hang and some good advice which you can get at either Hoversafe or Hovercontrol.

Or just add a hover gauge and autopilot...

And the best thing is.... you will then be able to autorotate any helo you desire 8) .
The Russian way is all good, if you have wheels ;) .
