Why do Learjet it's so sesitive especialy using a yoke
sometimes it looks like an old nintendo game,i dont thing that the real life lear may be so sensitive. on final when you're just about to touch the runway i loss the control of the touchdown, I KNOW ALL ABOUT THE SENSITIVE AND NULL ZONE CONTROL but theres no big diferent at all
like i said i dont thing that the real life lear may be so sensitive,especialy in civil planes,there would be a crash landing every day

I MEAN IN THE ELEVATORS MAYBE IT'S MY EQUIPMENT
EVEN THE BECHCRAFT KING 350 I DOMINATE IT WELL
BUT I CAN'T CONTROL THE LANDINGS,ELEVATORS ARE TOO SENSITIVE,I DON'T HAVE PROBLEM WITH RUDDERS OR AILERON JUST ELEVATORS

I have no problems with Learjet as well...
May be something wrong with your joystick?
To adjust it better?

MS does not actually adjust the sensitivity of the controls, it adjusts the delay or lag in response. in some cases this can lead to wild gyrations in sinsitive aircraft. I found a to the config files that helped mine. It allows the sensitivity to be changed, not the lag. If I can find the post again I will post it here.

Here are my Lear aircraft cfg settings:
[flight_tuning]
cruise_lift_scalar = 1.0
parasite_drag_scalar = 1.0
induced_drag_scalar = 1.0
elevator_effectiveness = 1.0
aileron_effectiveness = 1.0
rudder_effectiveness = 1.0
pitch_stability = 1.2 //was 1.0
roll_stability = 1.0
yaw_stability = 1.0
elevator_trim_effectiveness = 1.0
aileron_trim_effectiveness = 1.0
rudder_trim_effectiveness = 1.0

Perhaps you can adjust the settings of your controls.
Also be sure it isn't a framerateproblem. I've experienced this jumpy behavior in very detailed planes. Steering isn't easy when framerates aren't fluid ( at least 10 fps)

It is very sensitive, but landings are fine for me. You sure you arent comming in too fast?

The Lear is one of the most sensitive aircraft in FS9! It can be tricky to get the hang of. It can get ugly if you overcompensate vertical pitch as it is not hard to get that thing to start "bouncing" uncontrollably along the horizon.

Hi everyone - first post on the board! and a great site:)
Alrot - you're right the Lear is sensitive in Fs. I've flown in it in the real world a number of times and it absolutely aint that jumpy! - on the other hand it really is a real little racing car

Anway , in FS you may find the trick lies with the trim wheel.
Try this routine. Either on base or way out on finals get the jet sorted out early with plenty of flap and the gear down- Then - apply Solid trim up - to bring the nose right back up - or even level.
You should then find the 'little racer ' in a state of firm tension as the Up trim fights against the nose Down trim of wheels and flaps down config. The rest is technique and practice but you anyway you should find yourself with a firmer platform to start from.

Happy Landings.

Go into the simviation downloads and click on ulilities then download the flight sim plane editor it is really pro and is easy to use. You can then adjust the way it handles
This advice may not be that good but do try it!

I know what you are talking about and it is a little sensitive and that is exactly why I don't fly it, I know that Leers have good speed but I also know they don't have the maneverability better than a fighter jet, in my opinion microsoft hasen't done the best they could with this plane.

The lear is very unstable at high speeds so make sure that u set ur speed hold selector at "330 kts" and you will run smothly. {The top speed 4 the lear jet is 335}
