Flight sim w/Wright miniature?

About a year ago (maybe longer) I saw what I believe to be a limited "collector's edition" of MS Flight Simulator (2004 I assume) that included a miniature of the Wright Flyer. Slapping myself that I didn't pick it up when I saw it. Anyone know if it's still available? Or was I dreaming? I can't seem to find anywhere (even on Ebay). Thanks! Gary
