Fixing landclass textures in FS2004

Just wondered if there were any good programs to fix the land and water textures in FS2004. The places where MS made a boo boo, like the big holes in the ground etc....any help would be greatly appreciated :o

There are some great meshfiles and water improvementfiles around. Check here, avsim, www.fs2000.org and www.flightsim.com

However, i'm not quite sure if they fix the holes in the terrain.
