An add-on program? Do you mean a way to install aircraft?
The easiest way for me is to just install them manually. It only takes about 3 seconds, and it ensures that you put things where you WANT to put them. (Assuming you click the right spot!)

As the others have said, doing it manually is surprisingly easy. Forget the auto-installers & learn how it's done. This will only take a few minutes & you won't regret it. This tute explains it.
