Fs9 config file

where can I find the fs9 config file in windows xp home edition? I need to set my opening screen to one so that it stops coming up every time I play fs2004. I did try looking for it in the same place as my old comp but I can't seem to find the folder.
The thing is, you are still a live when they start to eat you.
