System Hang-Up on Exit

Howdy Folks,

My system always crashes when I try to exit FS2004 and I have to reboot to continue using my computer, what is causing that?

I have upgraded my video card and my RAM.

System specs:

Pentium 4
1.5 ghz
Windows ME OS
384 mb RAM
256 mb Video Card

Anything would be helpful............
