rudders and ailerons steering

HI,I im having a particularly annoying problem with taxing,I allrighty know that you use the rudders to steer the plane down the taxiway

You may have already checked this; but it sounds to me ike you've got "auto-rudder" on; which turns the rudder with the ailerons to make co-ordinated turns.
Go into "aircraft", "Realism" and uncheck "Autorudder".
