MS Sidewinder hat switch

Postby torquehead » Thu Apr 01, 2004 5:21 am

Hi,

Can the hat switch and throttle be reversed so the hat switch moves like your head- back to look up and forward to look down as in EAW, and throttle back to add pitch for collective on Helos?

Regards

I do not see any reason why not. Jus t go to the calibration window and when it asks you to point the hat switch up  point it down it does not know any better.
You should not have any trouble getting up to be down or left to be right. As far as the throttle just click on the box that says reverse axis. You might have to reassign the throttle to the collective not sure I do not fly HELOS.
;D ;)

Mine did it just fine. Screwed my head up though so it's useless to me. Like trying to play HALO after playing something on a PS2. :P
