For some reason my larger planes textures are staying blury but my small planes are not being affected. has anyone ever had this happen? This was not happening yesterday. sorry about the size but if I make it smaller the quality downs down.

Is the "blurry" aircraft planes that you have downloaded from the internet? Sometimes aircraft made from scratch don't have good textures.  

no, because I reinstalled the game three times and the texures will not focus in even when I set them to the way I had them before

Is it just AI large planes??

no, its also the ones that I fly

I see jaggies in both aircraft fuselage, wings and lettering.
Likely an FSAA setting.  Try 4X.

I think its the mipmaps in the texturing, you are zoomed up on the detailed texture, but the plane in the background is probly mipmapped down in quality.

Go out to a 1x zoom and look again, it will look clearer, If you want the screenshot to "look right" set your view distance in spot view closer, and dont use zoom.

thats not it, before this started I could be zomed in this close and the textures would still be clear.

Texture fixes, that should work.

All my texture are blured not just the defalt. that link is for the default textures. how would I use this for my addon repaints? They where clear at one point too. thanks for the help though.

It looks to me like a classic MIP mapping problem.
Just check them again  :) .
