Using flights from FS2002

I have a file I called AI_Europe. It's a modification of the origional default flights of FS2002. I only changed the callsigns (registration).
My question is, can I replace the flights in FS2004 with ones from FS2002, with for instance TTools.

Please help me on this so I know what to tell my "users"!
