Game Box download question

I have W7. I want to get Game Bar. I am directed to MS/Home/Utilities & Tools/Xbox Game Bar. See attachment. I have designated a folder to save it. I click the blue Get in Store app button but nothing happens.

Download works - I have just downloaded a pdf.

Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong & why the blue button does not appear to work ?
