contact points all messed up

this is the contact points for the PAD dash 8 q400 below and ive copied other contact pouints info into the config file and plane is still bouncing...this latests (below) stops the plasne from crazy bouncing but doesnt do very much else..can someojne detect in the points below for where its messing up.....ttyl

Try this:

Then change static_cg_height to '11.000'
