RCS B-25...does anyone have this one?

I was considering the MAAM payware B-25 for awhile, then I found the Roy Chaffin Studios B-25J for my FS2004 and WinXP, so I downloaded, installed, flew...and fell in love with it. Not sure if anyone else has flown this before, it really is a great plane in every respect...but...

...there's a couple concerns:

* The plane has main and auxiliary tanks aboard, but there is no fuel tank selector lever whatsoever on this plane that I could find (either on any panel or in the manual), and it runs default off the reserve tanks;
* The P&W R-2600s have superchargers controlled from the quadrant on the 2D panel screen...once at altitude, the superchargers are selected, run for about 8 minutes and automatically quit, levers still on ON. Cycling to OFF, you cannot turn them back to ON. Odd...

Does anyone who has flown this plane have insight on this? It'd help a lot. Thanks!

IMPORTANT WARNINGS and NOTES ON INSTALLING THE AIRCRAFT - RCS B-25J v2.75
_________________________________________________________________________

This package is for FSX only.
Installing it into the incorrect version will cause the package to malfunction.

This package includes the original 'B-25J RAF MkII', 'B-25J Service Pack 2', as well as Seven Liveries' all in this one EXE package. Nothing else is required.

Just 'Right Click' on the EXE file and "Run as Administrator" and follow the onscreen instructions. The files will be installed automatically.

This package can ONLY be installed by running the self installing EXE file directly into FSX.
Running the EXE file into a temporary folder will not work. Also copying over the files from one drive to another will not work. To install, double click on the EXE file and follow the "onscreen" instructions, making sure you point at the proper location of your version of FSX.

It is essential you read the manual contained in the "...\Simobjects\Airplanes\B-25J RAF MkII\Manual" folder.

This package is optimised for use with 'FSX Service Pack 2'. Other versions might present texture issues.

-------------------------------------------------------

VERY IMPORTANT !!!!!
Once you have installed the package using the EXE file you must go to the "...\SimObjects\Airplanes\B-25J RAF MkII\Gauge Registration" folder and double click on the "TG-FSX-RAF.bat" file (This will flash up a small black screen for a few seconds and then close. This is normal). This will register the gauges and eliminate the huge numbers of warnings from FSX.

----------------------------------------------

IMPORTANT! One other item. Do not use so-called gauge cleaning utilities which proport to eliminate only the gauges not being used by any of the aircraft in your inventory. Doing so will render this package useless and it will have to be reinstalled.

----------------------------------------------

It is also important that FSX is run up using different aircraft with the 2D cockpit displayed and then change to the "B-25J RAF MkII". Strange things sometimes occur if you don't.
When you choose the "B-25J RAF MkII" you will be faced with a blank screen for some time (Several Minutes), do not worry this is normal. All the gauges are loading so that you will get smooth performance thereafter.

----------------------------------------------

Safe Landings and have fun

Also noting that Roy (creator of this fantastic a/c) is not well at the moment and it is best not to contact him direct. Thank you

This really is a beautiful plane. I first stumbled upon Roys B-25 when I was using FS2004 probably 10-12 yrs. ago, up to then it was the biggest aircraft d/l I ever seen, lol. And its the first plane I install when I have to do a re-install. Thanks Roy.
