just an idea

Not all of the aircraft I download appear. That is to say, they don,t show up or no sound or no textures. I'm talking full aircraft here not partial. So I was wondering if you can number your downloads 1,2,3 etc . So they show up in the aircraft list, and you can try and find the parts missing or delete them.

Could you post an example of your troubles, like... what airplane, the entries from the Aircraft.cfg that don't show up, etc.

Thanks!

Sure, you can do that. Just edit the line in a fltsim section of the downloaded plane's aircraft.cfg file from something like:

ui_manufacturer=Boeing

to something like:

ui_manufacturer=Test 1

Then save the file.

Now when using the Select Aircraft menu, use the top drop down box and find the Test 1 entry.

Change it back when you're done.

Hope this helps,
