I've downloaded and installed the following from this site:

"FS2004 Boeing 727-200F PST Cargo"

When I try to run it I get two error messages:
1. It says that it cannot load "FSSound" that is in the modules folder, and
2. It says that it cannot load the "RP2" gauges from the gauges folder.

Is there a patch for this problem somewhere ?

My operating system is Win 8.1

Upon further investigation I've found that the panel cfg file is labelled for FS2002.

This is probably the reason for difficulty.

This poses the question as to where I can find the FS2004 panel.

Does anybody Know ?

To fix the error message with FSSound.dll add this entry to FS9.cfg

[OLDMODULES]
FSSound.dll=1

This also seems to fix the problem with rp727_2.gau

I found several alternative 727 panels on SimV. http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=727+panel&categoryId=31
I tried the one by Ken Mitchell & it works fine in FS2004.
