Taxi Speed FS 9 default King Air 350

I use the CH Flight Sim Yoke and Pedals with FS 9.
Taxi with the FS 9 default King Air 350 is either stopped or accelerates to 40+ KIAS with the very slightest throttle opening I can manage. With the right engine throttle knob positioned just a hair above the line over the word "Lift" = too fast. Reduce throttle enough to slow down and the aircraft decelerates to a stop. My taxi technique involves yo-yo throttle operation and brakes.
Discovered the Cessna Caravan, the other turbo prop in FS9 is the same.
Suggestions appreciated.

I used this setting on the AF Allied Group Super King Air 300 and it works great. Also works with other planes that move even when the engine is set to idle.

proper use of prop control is the key.
most turboprops i fly demand correct prop and power settings
very general rules for prop settings are;
starting engine, high rpm (low pitch)
taxi, low rpm (high pitch)
take off, high rpm
cruise, adjust as required
approach, landing, adjust low as needed (king air 350, 1600 rpm per check list found online)
note min power, max rpm provides drag for descent (prop is a flat disk with little thrust)

Rather than mess with your cfg files, try different power and prop settings.
First of all, FS has always had a problem with aircraft sticking to the ground when parked. It takes a fair amount of power to get rolling, but then once rolling it is like the aircraft is on ice...it moves too fast and under-steers. so keep that in mind.
For taxi:
Pull your condition lever (fuel) back to low (approximately middle of the quadrant).
Pull props back to low RPM (I usually pull it all the way back)
Gently add power to get the plane rolling, then start pulling it back to get a good taxi speed. tiny adjustments along the way as needed, until you get to the runway.
Pull onto the runway and push your condition lever full, props push full (high RPM), and throttle up to take off power.
Once in the climb, adjust props to Climb RPM and pull throttle back to 90% N1 govern your best climb speed with nose up or down. Trim the aircraft to maintain the speed in the climb.
As you reach cruise altitude, start to level off and pull your throttles back to cruise torque (60 to 70% is good) set RPM (props) to cruise (usually around 1600 or 1700) hold the aircraft level and trim it out.
The king air is a very agile aircraft, and responds quickly to any trim and power changes, so you might need to fiddle a little between the trim and the rpms to get a nice level cruise.
for decent, keep props where they are and pull back the throttle to idle. If you are trimmed properly, your cruise speed should stay the same and your nose should drop. adjust the throttle gently to maintain the desired rate of decent (around -1500 is comfortable).
As you reach bottom of decent and start lining up for the approach, trim the aircraft up to reduce the airspeed, and gently add power until you are level at your initial approach altitude with a speed of about 180 KIAS. Turn on your Autofeather!!
As you hit the initial approach fix, pull the throttle back to drop speed again until you are able to set first notch of flaps. drop gear and start slowing to final approach speed. As you cross the threshold, you should be about 110 KAIS. hold a small amount of power (5 or 10%) until the wheels touch. Pull your props all the way back and start braking. Unless you are on a short runway, the king air should not ned reverse props to stop in time.
