Ultimate Terrain/FS2004 Install Question

Hi: in trying to install Ultimate Terrain USA into FS2004, the install seems to complete fine, but then I get the error message as shown in the attached screenshot...The install is set to go into the default directory of FS2004, but then it is telling me the install path is invalid, even though I see the files installed...Can anyone suggest what might be wrong? If the windows that you are using is not a 64 bit system the problem is there is no program Files(86) folder in a 32 bit system.
