Actually, wondering if anyone had a look at my suggestion.......?
This utility seems to have gone un-noticed here at Simv.....but I think it belongs up near the top of the list of must haves for all FS enthusiasts.

// AND FINALLY... when you said "...it will allow your FS to use 4gigs of ram instead of just 2.",is that physical RAM,or virtual RAM ? I know my questions are probably ones that kids would know the answers to,but my mind doesnt grasp some things very easily anymore, hehehe (and note, that when I used CAPITLIZED lettering,I wasn't web shouting...just making my words separate and obvious. Thanks for the comments and hope to get answers to my questions. If I fit the requirements,I too will download this patch.stephan wrote:Hey Rom... Question... .......I'm not really sure how to tell how much ram you are using at any given time but there must be a way?.....But, the bottom line is that you wont get anymore of those crashes/freezes/CTDs/ or OOMs that FS9 and FSX are so famous for......To think that FS is running on only 2gigs of RAM, when most of us have WAY more than that installed on our gaming rigs is almost .....scandalous!!
