I have another question, If there was a freeware product which contained:
-All the new aircraft,
-All the new flights,
-Many scenery upgrades,
-AI flightplans,
-Bonus aircraft,
-And a promise to match most aircraft that were developed by addon developers for FS9, if requested;

Would you have upgraded, or stayed with FS2K2?

#1) the price $25. #2) the addons substantially moved to 2004. 3) 2002 didn't fully utilize my new "value" graphics card no matter what I did to reconfigure 4) what can I say, Microsoft has successfully sold upgrades with FS being their longest line besides their operating systems.

I played since FS2 for 8-bit machines(maybe 1.7mhz processor  speed), skipped Jet and FS3, then got FS4 for a 386. Skipped FS5, bought FS98 for $5 to see how it was, got 2000 as a gift(was horrendously slow), then 2002, now 2004. I'm happy with it. Like the realistic 3d clouds, much better than 2002. Overcast and low visibility, fog distortion on final approaches look much "better" in realism.

I voted weather improvement, and interactive VC.

The most important thing is the enhanced ATC.

Because it was better.

Programming my own changes is so much easier and I like users having more control over the end product.

I hope they keep it this way.  There are so many of you out there that do such dynamite development work...

The Mig 31 firefox, the statojet, all the militaty jets.,all the great repaints, AFCAD, TTools...

You folks make flightsim happen, Fs2004 gives us the means.

Hope it stays this way!
