The "aircraft jumping" bit usually is the result of the contact points for an aircraft being incorrect. If this happens at most if not all airports, that is likely the cause. If it is only happening with a particular plane..... that is likely the cause.
To fix it you'll have to edit the contact points in the aircraft.cfg file.
