Thank you brantmacga,
I find no Settings tab in my Control Panel.

And to answer JMaymore's question, no, I did not recently upgrade or switch vidio card. I've had my PC with video card since March 2005, and all worked fine in FS9 till last week.

;D Thank you, all you guys that were so eager to help me with this problem, and specially a big THANKS to Midnight.

I found it, and JBaymore was right, my video card was never fully installed, so I installed and now I have that little green square box in the task bar near the clock, and the flickering in FS9 is gone.  All is fixed

Again, THANK you guys, very much appreciated.

How do you go about fully installing? My nVidia card doesn't display a little green box either.

When you download the drivers from NVidia you should get the control panel option, such as the "little green box."

;D Thanks again Midnight and brantmacga.

Hey Dukes, if you have the NVIDIA card, go find it in Windows Explorer, click on NVIDIA and you'll see the "setup" icon, click and it will fully install it, when its done, you'll have that card green icon on your task bar, on the bottom, right next to your clock.

Thanks guys and belated happy and prosperous New Year.
