Once you start playing with this stuff, it opens a whole new aspect to this hobby.

What I've done is keep a set of AI (traffic.bgl) files for different situations. When I want to fly to/from a major airport and want to deal with departure/arrival and ground traffic (sometimes it's actually fun to just park in the grass and watch planes).. I use the AI file that consists of ALL the domestic (USA) airlines. It guarantees a nice, realistic variety when I fly into even some of the "smaller" major airports, like Columbus, Ohio (KCMH). Even if I pop from there over to the small, class D airport (KOSU) .. there's a neat variety (if you install PAI's GA package).

My own little virtual airline is made up of Caravans and Barons that the service the northern Michigan resort Islands (Mackinac, Beaver, Drummond) and nearby mainland airports.. AND their only connection to major airline service (KPLN).  I created a AI file that keeps all those places buzzing with small planes.. around the clock. You can't just take off.. there's always a Cessna, Piper or Mooney around.. Earlier this month.. I flew (for real) up around that area.. I'll post some photos later.. in the proper forum..

Anyway.. I think PAI (and what I've learned from it) has made FS9 fun...... FS9 fun, times ten  ;D
