...mmm.....does the title of this post mean you have heard something we haven't Gary?...there REALLY IS to be an FS2006?.....commoner  ;D

...What I would really love to see is for the "Lock Frame Rate" to do just that...now THAT would be something... :D

Hi there,

I would also like to have a lot of little changes in fs2006.
But they are working now since more than one year on that game.. and usually the time to make wishes is long over.
(The only exception I know is the x-plane team.. wich implement things in an unusual fast way)
I think the best time to make wishes is just after a new
game is released.. and that normaly sounds a little bit arrogant :)

I can only think of a few things.

1. more commands available to assign to controller buttons.
2. The ability to put thrust direction on an axis where aplicable for thrust vectoring, and VTOL.
3. Support for inflight refueling. it dosnt have to come with a KC-135 and an F-16, just the ability for designers to make usable tankers.
4. Fix the **** ATC. Im tired of flying up to an airport and not being able to tune to their tower, or traffic channel.

That about covers it for me, the scenery inadequacies and aircraft selection can all be taken care of by freeware.

I am pretty satisfied with 2004 also, damn good sim.

Here's something, when they make a cargo version of the DC-3 (and I suggest bringing back all the classic airplanes in 2006), actually make it have a cargo interior. There are still seats inside. ::)
Pilot for a major US airline certified in the: EMB-120, CRJ, 727, 737, 757, 767, and A-320 and military, T-38, C-130, C-141, and C-5 along with misc. other small airplanes. Any questions, I'm here for you.

1. Allow AI traffic to move from one parking spot to another without having to takeoff and land first.

2. Allow the major roads [or at least the Interstate Highways] to be smooth rather than rough.

3. Allow bridges to have a landable surface [just like it was in FS98].

4. Allow the reflective water textures to relax rather than over-stretch towards the center to help avoid bleeding textures.

5. The Cessna Caravan Amphibian should float more loosely on the water rather than behaive as if it's dragging an anchore.

6. The effects of the reflections [on the aircraft themselves] should be toned down. The surface reflections are too bright.

7. Allow aircraft animations [such as smoke and animated exits] to be seen by other players while online.

What ever happened to the demo videos? We use to get them with FS until FS2k2 came out.
