Make sure your auto pilot is offbefore you start your take-off roll
Sounding more like a bush pilot all the time.My technique for quickly "unsticking" in my GA Piston Props, is to spin the Elevator Trim Wheel for a slight "nose-up" position, accelerate smoothly down the runway, and then apply one notch of Flap once up to speed...
This is often enough to catapult the Aircraft into the air, and climb all by itself, without any further assistance from me!......!
(Just remember to cancel the Flap(s) once in the Cruise).
Excellent technique for short-field take-offs!......!

Thanks to all who took the trouble to reply. Very interesting. Unfortunately, none told me where I might find the tip I referred to.
If it's not rotating at the calculated distance down the runway and your numbers are all good, it sounds like a CG problem and one of our more enlightened members can probably provide the fix.Unfortunately, none told me where I might find the tip I referred to.
